Malshi Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy
- Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@malshi.in or call us at 9321913895 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Policy
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@malshi.in or 9321913895 with your order number and details of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
